KAORI is our signature Shin-style Chasen, handcrafted from black bamboo with 100 outward-curving prongs. Designed for daily matcha rituals, it froths finely, breaks up clumps with ease, and brings out the full depth, aroma, and umami of every cup.

KAORI is lighter and more delicate than standard whisks, with a narrower handle and slimmer base diameter that gives better control in the wrist — especially useful for fast, short whisking motions when making usucha (thin matcha).

Care & Use Instructions:

• Storage: Use a kusenaoshi (whisk holder) once dry to maintain shape.
