Brewing Guide
Iced Matcha Latte (Classic Layered)
- Whisk: Combine 4g of matcha with 40ml of water (70°C) and whisk until frothy.
- Pour: Pour on a glass with 90g of milk, ice and sweetener to taste.
Iced Matcha Latte (Cold Whisked)
- Knead: Combine 4g of matcha with 20g of milk and mix with your whisk in a circular motion until you create a smooth paste.
- Whisk: Add an additional 20g milk and whisk until frothy.
- Pour: Pour on a glass with 90g of milk, ice and sweetener to taste.
Usucha (Tea)
- Whisk: Combine 2g of matcha with 60ml of water (70°C) and whisk until light and frothy.
Storage Guide
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and air. Keep in original packaging or an airtight container to prevent oxidation. For the best flavor, consume within 3-4 weeks upon opening.
