Our Yoake Hojicha is finely ground using a traditional stone mortar, which ensures a smooth and uniform powder, maximizing both aroma and flavor. Brewing Guide
Hojicha Latte
- Whisk: Combine 4g of matcha with 50ml of water (70°C) and whisk until frothy.
- Mix: Add 120ml of milk and sweetener to taste. Stir well.
Hojicha Tea
- Whisk: Combine 2g of matcha with 60ml of water (70°C) and whisk until light and frothy.
